Who May Stay At Beacon House...
· Patients, family members and caregivers.
· Children of all ages are welcome.
· Appointments and hospitalization stays are confirmed.
· Guests who require assistance to take care of their personal needs

  must provide their own caregiver.
· Guests must agree and abide by the following House Guidelines:

  ~ Beacon House is smoke and tobacco free, including parking lot.

  ~ Alcohol, illegal drugs and firearms are not permitted on the 

     premises.
  ~ Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all

     times.
  ~ In order to keep our operational costs as low as possible and to

     encourage fellowship among guests:

          TV’s are located in the dining center & lounges.

          TV’s are not permitted in guest rooms.

          All food and drink (except water) must be kept in the dining center.

How To Make A Reservation...
Two Options:
· A doctor’s office or hospital may fax or call in a reservation.
· Patient, family member or caregiver may call in a reservation.

Required Reservation Information:
· Patient name, date of birth, hometown and phone number.
· Guest names.
· Physician name, appointment date and time.

  All appointments and hospitalizations will be confirmed by

  Beacon House staff.


Additional Information:
· Reservations are taken up to 30 days in advance.
· Each patient is eligible for 1 room. Based on availability, another room

  may be available.

Beacon House Management reserves the right to deny service based on violation of House Guidelines or when medical appointments or hospitalization cannot be confirmed. It is a privilege, not a right, to stay at Beacon House.

Check-In and Check-Out...
Check-In:
· Guests may check-in the day before an early appointment.
· Check-in time is preferably after noon and no later than 8:00 p.m.

  whenever possible.

Check-Out:
· Check-out is by Noon

· Length of Stay: If a patient is discharged from the hospital and is not

  well enough to travel on that day, he/she may stay an additional night

  (physician’s referral required).
· Beacon House prides itself in being very accommodating during

  inclement weather travel situations.
· Our hospitality services extend as long as the patient is receiving

  medical treatment or is hospitalized; this varies from stays of one night

  to several months.
