Roast of Bill Digneit for Beacon House – Thursday, November 30th

Beacon House presents the first ever comedy roast for charity, grilling Bill Digneit, Marquette’s king of entertainment. Digneit is going up in flames for Beacon House Thursday November 30th, at 7 p.m. in the Red Room Theatre at the U.P. Masonic Center.

2017 Celebrity Golf Classic – Wed / Thurs., June 21 – 22

Save the date! We are currently in the planning stages for the 2017 Celebrity Golf Classic. CSNMU Memorial Chili Cook Off – Tuesday, February 21

The Culinary Students of NMU will host their annual Chili Challenge, to be held 4:00 – 6:30 PM on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in the Jacobetti Complex Commons on the north campus of Northern Michigan University. The proceeds from this tasty event will benefit the Beacon House, and specifically their Fresh Food Program which is to provide fresh, healthy food for low-income guests of Beacon House. Read More…

On February 5th in the Harbor Room at the Landmark Inn in Marquette, we teamed up with Double Trouble Entertainment for games, prizes, and entertainment. The event included a silent auction, photo booth, Super Bowl Squares and more. In order to keep the odds of wining high, only 250 tickets were sold, but others can attended, too. November 5th @ 7:00 p.m. Landmark Inn Double Trouble Entertainment invites you to join them for an evening of political puns and displays of master debating at the first inaugural ‘Champagne Campaign‘. Hillary and Donald will go head to head at the Landmark four days before the election in an effort to raise money for the Beacon House.
